Yoga Teachers in Integrity: Personal and Professional Evolution with YHC https://yogahealthcoaching.com/personal-professional-evolution-with-yhc/ https://yogahealthcoaching.com/personal-professional-evolution-with-yhc/#respond Wed, 20 Jun 2018 11:40:27 +0000 https://healthcoaching.wpengine.com/?p=19719 In this Changemaker Challenge Career Clarity Session, Carly Banks chats with fellow Yoga Health Coach Marcia Wilson. Marcia is a newly certified yoga health coach running her second pilot program and starting YHC Mastery.

Marcia has been in the wellness industry for a long time, but she feels she has never had the level of impact on the people she has worked with as she has had with yoga health coaching. As a studio owner and yoga teacher, she knew by the interactions with her students after class that her students wanted more contact with her. As an occupational therapist, Marcia feels she didn’t have the tools she needed to make a difference in her patient’s day to day lives until yoga health coaching.

Yoga Health Coaching is a great fit for yoga teachers who want to make a bigger impact without burning themselves out. Often yoga teachers are so busy running around from class to class, and maybe even working a side job, that they miss out on yoga’s sister science, ayurveda. They aren’t taking care of themselves and they’re out of integrity with what they’re teaching.

The habits of ayurveda that Marcia has learned in Yoga Health Coaching have benefitted her personally in how she shows up in her personal life, and the business training she received in YHC has been significant and impactful on her professional life. She now sees herself as a community builder with the skills of a savvy business woman.

What you’ll get out of tuning in:

  • How Yoga Health Coaching is a great fit for yoga teachers who want to make a bigger impact without burning themselves out.
  • How YHC helps yoga teachers shift into integrity with what they teach.
  • How wellness pros can blend what they’re already doing and what most interests them with yoga health coaching.

At the same time, our course members are curious about what we’re interested in, so we get to bring our own interests into our courses.
